To see if Medicaid may be an option to help your family pay for long term care expenses, we’ve created a brief video that we ask that you watch before we speak.

After watching the video, if you have questions or think this may be something worth exploring for your family, we offer a free 15 minute phone call.

At the end of this call, we’ll know if we can help you and you’ll know if you want out help.

Below is how we can work together, what the cost is, and what you can expect from us. At the end of the initial phone call if we find that we cannot help, we will not offer an Intake meeting and there will be no cost to you.

Step 3 – Start the planning process – Schedule an Intake meeting

If we determine that you have an opportunity to protect your assets using Medicaid planning, we can continue the process.

We can meet in person or by Zoom to get the planning process started. We’ll send you a checklist of documents to have available along with some intake questions. The goal of this meeting is to gather information to prepare a “Summary and Recommendations” for your family

Continue the planning process – Schedule a follow up/review meeting

We will review your personalized “Summary and Recommendations” and show you how you may be able to spend down your assets to help qualify for Medicaid. This may include the use of a Medicaid Compliant Annuity.

***If this is an option, we will refer you to an attorney who can continue the process.
